2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 One Account Per Player

• Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the ja7777 platform. This restriction applies per individual, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• Players discovered to hold multiple accounts will have all duplicate accounts closed without notice. Any bonus funds or winnings generated through duplicate accounts will be voided. Deposited funds in duplicate accounts will be returned to the original payment source after investigation.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.1 Welcome Bonus

5.1 Placing Bets

5.2 Void Bets & Errors

• In the event of a technical failure that prevents a game round or bet from being completed, the stake will be returned to the player's account. No winnings will be paid on incomplete rounds.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport or game type, as displayed within the relevant betting market.

5.3 Live & In-Play Betting

• In-play betting markets on ja7777 update in real time. Odds fluctuate continuously during live events. A bet is only confirmed when accepted by the ja7777 system; a bet request that is declined during an odds change will not be automatically placed at the new price.
• ja7777 is not responsible for delays between live event feeds and in-play market updates. Players acknowledge that live data is subject to latency and accept this as a condition of placing in-play bets.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or misconfigured odds that result in an obvious pricing error.

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information, using another person's payment method, or registering on behalf of a third party.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

• ja7777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ja7777 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• ja7777 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if ja7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• ja7777's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

• If you believe a bet has been settled incorrectly or have a complaint about any aspect of the ja7777 service, you should contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event or transaction.
• ja7777 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full written response within 14 days of receipt. Complex disputes may take longer to resolve; players will be kept informed of progress.
